Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it! But if it’s not quite what you expected, don’t worry — here’s how to request a return or exchange.

How much time do I have to request a return or exchange?

You have up to 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

What do I need?

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (confirmation email or receipt).

Can I exchange a product?

 a Yes! You can exchange it for another size, color, or model (subject to availability). Shipping costs for the exchange are covered by the customer unless it was our mistake.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, you can return the item and choose between a refund or store credit. Refunds are processed through the original payment method, once we’ve received and checked the product.

Did your product arrive with a problem?

Oh no! If something’s wrong, contact us within 48 hours and send us some photos. We’ll fix it as soon as possible.

  • Reason for return or exchange
